Tonya Lynn Jordan

Tonya Lynn Jordan, 53, of Flemingsburg, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at the UK St. Claire Healthcare in Morehead, Kentucky.

She was born February 16, 1971 in Maysville, Kentucky a daughter of the late Robert Jordan and Rita Carol Jordan.

Tonya worked several years as a nurse's aide. She loved cooking, playing music, cleaning, and dancing. She had a big heart and loved helping others and attending church at the Greater Rain Community Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Christopher Coffey, Doug Reese, and Jack Reese; and one sister, Judy Reese.

 She was raised by Charles and Elsie Reese at a very young age. 

Survivors include two daughters, Joekeyta Jordan of Flemingsburg and Thalia Jordan of Maysville; one grandchild, Grayson Acevedo; one sister, Lisa Orta of Dawsonville, Georgia, and several nieces and nephews. 

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
