Thomas Hendrix Jr.

Thomas 'T.L.' Hendrix, Jr., passed away Friday, March 22nd, 2013 at the V.A. Hospital in Lexington. He was born September 5, 1925 to the late Thomas and Edith Parker Hendrix. He was a WWII U.S. Navy Veteran, and worked for U.S. Shoe and the State Highway Department. He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Marlyn Hendrix. Survivors include: his wife of 57 years, Mary Holt Hendrix; two sons, Steve Hendrix of Kenova, WV and Greg (Pat) Hendrix of Cincinnati, OH; and two daughters, Peggy (Van) McKee of Flemingsburg, and Evonne (Michael) Covington of Cincinnati, OH; 16 grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at Denton-Workman Funeral Home. Visitation will be 12 noon until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fleming County Cemetery.
