Sarah Cooper

Sarah Rosetta Cooper, age 57, of Flemingsburg, went home to be with the Lord on Friday morning, December 21, 2018. Sarah was an active member of the Wallingford Christian Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Rosie Wallingford Cooper, and her brother, Tony Cooper. Sarah leaves behind her husband of 33 years, George Cooper; three sons all living at home, George, Doug, and Travis Cooper; brothers, Fred Cooper of Maysville, Frank (Patty) Cooper of Flemingsburg, and Danny (Kathy) Cooper of Paris; a sister, Leona Cooper of Flemingsburg; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and her brothers and sisters in Christ. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Wallingford Christian Holiness Church officiated by Bro. Thomas Redmon, Bro. Charlie Hamm, and Rev. Gail Skaggs. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Thursday, December 27th at the Wallingford Christian Holiness Church. Burial will be in Wedonia Cemetery. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Funeral arrangements are in care of the Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home.
