Mrs. Ollie Florence Gulley, 90 of the Pea Ridge Mountain Community in Fleming County, passed away Friday, January 1, 2021 at the Pioneer Trace Nursing Home in Flemingsburg.
She was born in Fleming County, Kentucky on October 4, 1930 to the late Olley Gulley and Mary Pugh Black.
Mrs. Gulley was a homemaker who enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening and cooking. She was of the church of God faith.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Alvin Gulley, two sons, Jessie Price Gulley and an infant son Bobby. One sister, Sarah Alice McClanahan and four brothers; Otha Gulley, John Gulley, Tony Gulley and Ben Gulley.
Survivors include one daughter, Diana Sue Duncan and her husband Gary of Wallingford, Two sons; James Alvin Gulley and his wife Lois of Georgetown, Kentucky and Rocky Gulley and his wife Lisa of Ewing, Kentucky. Eleven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Also, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Tuesday, January 5, 2021 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Flemingsburg with Brother Jesse Hickerson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Pea Ridge Cemetery in Wallingford.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Flemingsburg is after 12 Noon Tuesday.
Pall bearers will be Cody Gulley, Eric Gulley, Josh Duncan, Robert Sales, August Warder and Gary Duncan.
