Norma Eitel

Norma Irwin Eitel, 82, of Flemingsburg, wife of Marion C. Eitel, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2014 at the Robertson County Health Care Facility in Mt. Olivet. Born February 13, 1932 in Loveland, OH, she was the daughter of the late Gertrude Downey and William Irwin. Norma was retired from Schauers Manufacturing in Cincinnati. She was a wonderful mom to her children and a wonder wife to her husband of 62 years. Besides her husband, she is survived by: two daughters, Deborah Christie, and Carrie Eitel; a son, David Eitel; two grandchildren, Billy Eitel, and Katrina Fiasco; two great-grandchildren, Makayla and Liam; a sister, Imogene Stagman; and two brothers, Jim and Dick Downey, all of Cincinnati. Funeral services will be 12 noon Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home (formerly know as Denton-Workman) by the Rev. Peter Morgan. Visitation will be 10 am until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be 3:00 pm Tuesday at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford, OH.
