John Jones

John Robert 'Bobby' Jones, 63,of Flemingsburg, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015 at his residence. He was born on November 4, 1951 in Fleming County, a son of the late William Clyde and Ada Mae Blanton Jones. He was a retired meat cutter. Bobby is survived by: a son, William Allen Jones of Flemingsburg; a daughter, Megan Jones of Flemingsburg; a granddaughter, Jolena Underwood of Flemingsburg; two sisters, Anna Dyer of Flemingsburg, and Betty Hill of Pennsylvania; and two brothers, Clarence Jones of Indiana, and Jimmy (Brenda) Jones of Ewing. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings, Billy and Tom Jones, Mary Ham, and Mabel Sosbe. A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00-3:00 pm Sunday, October 18, 2015 at the Hilltop Christian Church. Memorials suggested to St. Claire Hospice, 307 W Sun St., Morehead, KY 40351.
