Herbert 'Herb' Lee Duhl, Jr., 42, of Ewing, passed away unexpectedly early Saturday morning, September 3, 2016. He was born on January 20, 1974 in Gallipolis, OH, a son of Cynthia A. His work was his passion and he took pride in everything he built. He loved God, his country, the outdoors, hunting, and he loved talking politics with people (and Herbie would say 'Go Trump'). He also enjoyed cooking, and BB-Q's. His good friend Jim Topolski, who worked with Herbie, said, 'Herbie leaves behind a legacy of love and pride in his life, his family, and his work. Herbie has touched many lives in the time he had here on Earth'.

He is also survived by his father-in-law, Bob Jeffries of Hamden, OH. Not only was Herbie a son-in-law to Bob, but they were very close friends. Outside the family, Herbie leaves behind a very close friend of many years, Tom Nichols of Jackson, OH, and a host of numerous friends. Besides his father, Herbert L. Duhl, Sr.,whom he loved very much, Herbie was preceded in death by: maternal grandmother, Nancy E.
