Helen Rowe

Helen Marie Rowe, 45, of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, passed away Monday, April 18, 2022 at the U.K Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

She was born on December 21, 1976 in Maysville, Kentucky, the daughter of Nancy Taylor Chapman of Ohio, and the late Gayle Rowe.

Ms. Rowe was a member of the Strawberry United Methodist Church in Flemingsburg.

She enjoyed the outdoors, loved working in her flowers, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son, Joshua Lane Perry, who passed away on November 12, 2019.

In addition to her mother, survivors include her companion of 28 years, Rocky Perry, three daughters, Courtney Perry (Virgil Hurst) of Flemingsburg and Brittany Perry and Corrie Perry both of Lexington. She is also survived by her siblings, brothers, Gayle Rowe, Jr. and Michael Rowe, sisters, Bonita Rowe, and Mary Rowe, all of Ohio. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Caden Perry, Henley Thorpe, Tyler Hurst, Paisley Upthegrove, and Kingston Upthegrove. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Monday, April 25, 2022 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Flemingsburg with Rev. Gail Skaggs officiating.

Burial will follow in the Longview Cemetery in Bethel.

Visitation is after 11:00 A.M Monday at the funeral home.

Casket Bearers will be Tyus Taylor, William Adkins, Robert Rowe, Scotty Gulley, Ryan Taylor and Anthony Smith.
