Gregory Scott Ratliff, 53 of Flemingsburg, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the Fleming County Hospital in Flemingsburg. He was born June 13, 1968 in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky to the late Harvey Ray Ratliff and Mary Christal Harper Ratliff.
He was a Christian and enjoyed watching the WLJC Broadcast. He also loved making crafts, watching wrestling, listening to music, talking walks and rides with his wife, mowing yards and playing games on his phone.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his twin sisters, Sharon and Karen and his brother-in-law, Jerry Botkin.
Survivors include his wife Angela Hollar Ratliff. One step-son, Randall Scott Burton of Tollesboro, Kentucky. Three brothers, Ricky (Cynthia) Ratliff of Wolfe County, Kentucky, Drexel Mark (Anna) Ratliff of Hilltop, Kentucky, Harvey Ray ( Casie) Ratliff, Jr. of Hillsboro, Kentucky. Three sisters, Shellia (Bobby) Kinder of Carlisle, Kentucky, Peggy Botkin and Sharlet (Larry) Muse all of Flemingsburg.
Also, several many nieces and nephews whom he adored.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Saturday, September 18, 2021 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Flemingsburg with Rev. Herbie Stallard officiating. Burial will follow in the Denton Cemetery on Lower Rock Lick in Hillsboro.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home is after 11:00 am Saturday.
Serving as pall bearers will be David Hollar, Ryan Ratliff, Randall Burton, Ben Muse, Matt Gardner and Keith Botkin. Honorary pall bearers will be Charles McCord, David Gallagher and Johnathan Ratliff.
