Diana Melling

Diana Gail Rigdon Melling, 59, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.

She was born on June 28, 1961 in Marion, Indiana, a daughter of the late Leonard Rigdon and Mildred Hawkins Rigdon Helphenstine Stevens.

Diana was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.

She enjoyed drawing, cooking, collecting Boyds Bears, crafts, flowers, dogs and cats.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Junior Helphenstine, one son, Mitchell Melling, who passed away in 1991 and a brother-in-law, Newell Bramel.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Timothy Melling, her daughter, Tiffany Melling, sisters, Kathy Reeves (Ernie), Linda Bramel and Teresa Knapp (Ronnie) and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, March 28, 2021 at the New Creation Praise and Worship Center (1431 Helena Road, Flemingsburg, KY 41041).

A meal will be served after the memorial service and all family members are invited to stay.
