Deborah Caswell

Debbie Caswell, 46, of Wallingford, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at her residence. Born October 23, 1971 in Mt. Sterling, she was the daughter of Nancy Spencer of Wallingford and the late Robert Spencer. A graduate of Fleming County High School, Debbie was a wonderful cook who loved to garden but most of all, loved spending time with her grandchildren and her great-nephew. She is survived by: three children, Cody Caswell (Vanessa Roberts) of Berea, Charissa Caswell (Levi Fancher) of Mt. Sterling, and Jesse Fizer of Fleming County; two grandchildren, Eli Fancher, and Sawyer Caswell; a half-brother, Wayne (Donna) Spencer of Flemingsburg; siblings, Robert Spencer of Hillsboro, Becky (Leonard) Spencer-Burke of Wallingford, and David Spencer of Wallingford; nieces, Tina Perry, Ashlee Perry, Amber Spencer, Brooke Eldridge, and Kayla Spencer; and a special great-nephew, Teagin Taylor. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Harley Sexton, Jr. Visitation will be 9am-11am Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be 2:00 pm Wednesday in Spencer Cemetery in Menifee County.
