Charles Gooding

Charles 'Heavy' Gooding, 79, of Flemingsburg, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015 at the Pioneer Trace Nursing Home. Mr. Gooding was a retired farmer and a member of the Wallingford Christian Holiness Church. He was born July 24, 1935 in Fleming County, to the late Harvey Garr and Lucy McDaniels Gooding.

He is survived by two brothers, Purnie (June) Gooding of Fleming County and Jimmy (Faye) Gooding of Fleming County, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday, January 19, 2015 at the Wallingford Christian Holiness Church officiated by Bro. Tom Redmon and Rev. Gail Skaggs. Burial will be follow in the Hurst Family Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Sunday, January 18th at the Wallingford Christian Holiness Church.
